How do we authenticate a handbag?
Our team uses extensive knowledge and experience in the handbag market to verify authenticity. where we can include, authenticity cards will come with the products. We assess materials, stitching, and branding details to ensure that every bag we sell meets the highest standards of authenticity and quality. We also offer an additional authentication option at checkout for a small fee.

UK RETURNS- Due to the nature of the business and the fact that we sell on the customers behalf all sales are final. Alternatively please reach out to us for more information on a product. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer store credit so you can find another vintage gem! ​Please also be aware you must reach out to us within 48 hours of delivery to discuss returning/ exchanging.

Given the pre-loved nature of our products, some items may show signs of wear. We highly recommend that you carefully examine the descriptions and photographs before making a purchase. All items are sold as seen. We guarantee the authenticity of every item sold through She’s Vintage. If you wish for further verification this will be an option available to purchase.

If you wish to cancel your order, please note that you will receive store credit instead of a cash refund.

AUTHENTICITY GUARANTEE
We offer third party authenthication through Legit Grails upon request. We ensure the authenticity of all products sold. Each item is meticulously authenticated by our in-house experts. In the rare event that an item is determined to be inauthentic, the buyer is eligible for a full refund even after the 14-day return period.

SHIPPING INTERNATIONALLY

All U.S. orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs charged by U.S. Customs are the responsibility of the buyer. These fees are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
We are unable to predict or control these charges, as they are determined by your country’s import regulations. Should any fees apply, your local customs office will contact you directly for payment before delivery.
